Following on from the revolutionary PS2 and taking 3 years in development, Pro-Shift are proud to announce the release of the PS3. This is amongst the fastest and most sophisticated Paddle-Shift Gearshifting Systems commercially available for cars, Superbikes and sequential gearbox applications. After a successful first weekend of running the latest PS3 Paddle-Shift System at Watkins Glen in the USA, one of our longstanding customers Garrett Kletjian of Hardshell Motorsports gave us his verdict - "You have succeeded in designing a cutting edge technology and delivering it to the motorsports community".

Generally faster gearshifts (typical 20 mS).
Ultimately reliable as only 1 moving part so virtually maintenance free.
Generally lighter.
Compressing air creates water.
Water can cause reliability problems.

We tried a pneumatic system initially but the results weren't very successful. The main problem was that the air canister wasn't sufficient. Because we're using a small-capacity, naturally aspirated engine without a lot of torque, we have to change gear a lot and sometimes there was a delay while we had to wait for the empty canister to be re-pressurised. WOW WOW WOW!!!!! What a fabulous piece of kit. I ended up winning the race on my first ever time at Cadwell.
