This unique patented device is designed to integrate with the PS3 Gearshift Control Unit's Downshift Delay and Auto-Blip outputs.

As space is often restricted this solenoid driven device is designed to operate directly on to the vehicles accelerator pedal thus providing clutchless downshifting without the need for the driver to manually blip the throttle. When used in conjunction with the PS3 it can provide variable gear specific "blips" and will also work in conjunction with the PS3's downshift "lock out" feature for every gear thus providing inherent overrev protection when downshifting, preventing costly engine/gearbox damage.

AUTO-BLIP DOWNSHIFTER (CABLE OPERATION)

Designed as a smaller lightweight alternative to the telescopic auto blipper, this unique patented cable operated electrical device is specifically designed for car and superbike applications with limited available space.

The cable blipper operates through a flexible push/pull cable that connects directly to the vehicles throttle opening wheel via an adaptor ferrule, this makes fitting, along with getting the travel and alignment correct, very simple.

August 2010 - DAN MICHL (Czechoslavakia) is currently leading (with 55 points) the 2010 FIA EUROPEAN HILL-CLIMB CUP in Regions 1 and 2 with his PS2 Gearshifting System.

Dan also leads the Czech Championship in class, group and category with 275 points.

A - The Pro-Shift PS2 System features modular electronic operation and with only one moving part provides generally faster more versatile gearshifting that is virtually maintenance free. Working off the vehicle's integral 12 volt power supply the PS2 does not require the import of  compressors, air tanks, valves, regulators etc. and most importantly does not produce water  as compressing air does, nor can it leak, which is harmful to the Gearshifting System. Electric operation also means that  you don't have to worry about your tank running out of air on the final lap!

Q - Is the PS2 System reliable?

A - Yes, with over 18 years of top level racing development behind it the PS2 is the culmination of all this work and effort. With only one moving part and tested to over half a million gearshifts we are hugely proud of our reliability record.

Q- Is it kind to Gearboxes?

A - Yes, the very nature of electronic solenoid gearshift operation is such that it delivers a rising power curve from it's "rest position" thus providing natural compliance with gearbox dogs/dog rings.

Q -  Why Choose Paddle-Shift over Manual Shift?

A - Paddle-Shift not only allows gearshifts to be made  far more quickly and clutchlessly with full throttle, it also allows the driver to keep both hands on the wheel, both eyes on the road and provides them with much more time to concentrate on their driving.

Q - Does the Pro-Shift 2 System change gear faster than Manual Shifting?

A - Yes. The Pro-Shift System was fitted to a drag car and improved the 1/4 Mile time by over 1 second! That means a saving of over 1/5 of a second per shift!

Q - Will the Pro-Shift 2 System allow me to drive Completely Clutchlessly?

A - Yes. The PS2 provides clutchless upshifting as standard and with the integration of the Auto-Blip Downshift Module, downshifting will also be clutchless. The clutch will only be needed when pulling away and coming to a complete stop.
